Strategic Pillars

These 5 pillars define the core programmatic areas of the Centre.

CSDRP conducts rigorous, policy-relevant research that generates credible evidence on development, governance, resilience, and peacebuilding challenges. The Centre translates research findings into practical insights that inform policy and practice.

The Centre works with policymakers and institutions to strengthen evidence-based policymaking. This includes policy dialogue, technical advisory services, policy reviews, and dissemination of research findings.

CSDRP supports public institutions, justice sector actors, and community structures through capacity building, technical assistance, and governance reforms.

The Centre promotes initiatives that strengthen community resilience, empower vulnerable populations, and support inclusive development through local engagement and participatory approaches.

CSDRP advances positive peace by promoting dialogue, conflict prevention, justice sector reforms, and initiatives that strengthen trust between communities and institutions.
